Customer Service Review from Sylvia
I am writing this review about www.Jedi-Robe.com
I found it by chance when browsing the internet. My story starts with my grandson who is 11, who unfortunately suffers from Battens Disease, which is a genetic disorder and is terminal. There is no cure and he will only live to his 18-20. Hopefully it will be longer.
He is absolutely mad about Star Wars, he used to play computer games and watch the films. I'm afraid that his condition has left him blind and he has autistic symptoms. This is only a few of his disabilities.
I contacted Jedi-Robe about a year ago, asking if they had any Star Wars toys that made sounds, as my grandson loves all the sounds. They immediately replied to my email and couldn't have been more helpful, giving me lots of ideas.
Well, I contacted them again 2 months ago to see if they had anything new that would suit my grandson, again they replied with some fantastic information about a Feel the Force Day for partially sighted and disabled children. I can't tell you how excited I was as this was the best thing ever for my grandson. I wouldn't have known anything about it, if it hadn't been for Jedi-Robe.
Again I contacted them last week to see what was new that would suit my grandson as Christmas was round the corner, and low and behold they instantly replied with more suggestions, and they were great.
The bottom line to this review is you couldn't get better service anywhere. I would recomend www.Jedi-Robe.com to everyone who loves Star Wars. I will continue to contact Jedi-Robe in the future.
I would like to say thank you for all your help in the past and for the future.
Sylvia Langford, Devon.
